Real Server Training

This started as a project my buddy and I did for no other reason than to create something cool together.

I was going back to Thailand to work with a boxing gym as a marketing specialist/ content creator and wanted practice creating content.

I was working in a restaurant as a training manager and thought why not start with this?

The ideas was to create a pragmatic, down-to-earth training series that would resonate with servers. We knew it needed to be stylized, somewhat edgy, actually helpful, and if possible... cool.

Not easy to make serving instruction 'cool' but I think we succeeded:

The series took off on YouTube without promotion.

I naturally started exploring ways to monetize:

1) Selling content to servers

2) Building training programs for restaurants

3) Leveraging audience for recruiting

4) Affiliate marketing

5) Consulting on front of house operations, staffing, and training

Currently in process of shifting this back to what it was originally created to be: a free resource on YouTube.
