Real Server Training

This started as a creative project for no other reason to create something cool.

I was working in a restaurant as a training manager and figured, why not start here?

The idea was simple: make something down-to-earth and actually useful—something that felt real. It needed to be straightforward, a little bit edgy, and ideally… kind of cool.

Not easy to make serving instruction cool, but somehow, I think we pulled it off.

We released the series on YouTube with zero promotion, and it took off organically.

Pulled much of the series from YouTube and packaged on Vimeo site for sale. A year later, we developed an additional series for more upscale restaurants.
